Justin was very prompt with responses and anything we needed he went above and beyond. Was very organized and had all the information we needed on hand at each house. Justin was a very warm and friendly guy.

Justin was so incredibly helpful. He jumped in at a moment's notice to help my husband and me who were on a serious time crunch to find a home and close before our wedding. He braved crazy Colorado snow and sleet, some questionable areas, and was on the phone with a seller's agent as we drove from home to home. Justin is such a knowledgeable realtor and our experience with him was top notch! If you are looking for someone to get your house on the market and sold fast he is your guy!! He is motivated, professional, patience, caring, and really has your best interest in mind. During our sell process, Justin managed our open house and had cookies in the oven for a wonderful smell to welcome buyers in. Durning our buy he texted us about updates and to touch base about our timeline; this was extremely helpful with kids and busy schedules we didnt always have time to sit down and talk.

Justin is a very thoughtful agent. He was referred to me by the agent selling my existing house, Jordan Terrell. Justin showed me homes in several areas to help me hone in on the right neighborhood and building for me. There were several long days spanning 4 unique neighborhoods and up to as many as 20 properties to see in one day. He remained flexible as neighborhoods and buildings were eliminated from contention. He was not just respectful to me but also to the sellers and their agents. He made sure to ask me about each property so he could leave feedback for the sellers. And, when we would eliminate a neighborhood or building, he would make sure to cancel the remaining appointment so the sellers werent left hanging. When the sale of my home stalled I decided to table my search for about 6 months. Im sure that was very disappointing for Justin but he never let on. He remained cheerful, supportive, and available. Justin and his business partner Julio are fantastic! They took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and to get to know us as people, both of which were really important to us in purchasing a home. My fianc and I were eager to find our new home, but Justin and Julio continually reminded us what our initial goals were to help guide us towards the right home, rather than jump on a home that might not be exactly what we were looking for. In the end, we found a great home in a great location and couldn't be happier! The personal touches (asking about our engagement, vacation, and dog) only made the process more enjoyable!Justin and Julio are excellent communicators. Justin was the best. We started looking for houses during the beginning of the pandemic in May 2020, and Justin looked at an incredible amount of houses with us. He even helped us navigate backing out of a new build. We will miss seeing these guys every weekend! But so grateful we closed on our new home.
