Justin listened to us in order to understand what kind of home would be best for us given our desired location and budget. We saw multiple homes and he was able to break each one down and then ultimately compare the different homes for us so we can easily compare the pros and cons. He understands the market moves quickly so he made himself available when we wanted to see a home as well as urged us to make ourselves available when he found a home he thought we should see. He understood what a fixer-upper would require from us vs a turn-key home. He also was great because he had available resources for home inspections and attorneys (which we used and were great).
