We met Justin at an open house. He was super friendly and not pushy. We called him when we were ready to start looking to buy a new home. He was enthusiastic, really worked with our schedule, honest and a great negotiator. We felt like he really listened to what we wanted and what we needed and was never aggressive or tried to sway us in a certain way. We appreciated how he always got right back to us when we had a question or concern. We felt like Justin was on our team. Our home buying process moved in 27 days!!

I highly recommend working with Justin, he was a life saver! He was extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Heck, he was even playing with my 3 year old daughter several times while we were doing walk throughs and other various tasks! When I first emailed him, it was a Sunday morning and he called me up with in 15 minutes and was willing to meet up to show me a house within an hour. I guarantee that you would not regret working with Justin!

Justin was awesome to work with and he checked all boxes for me. The biggest ones for me was his communication! That to me is one of the most important qualities when it comes to these kinds of thing. He explained every process along the way and brought together a plan to get us our dream house which he did! Through out this whole thing you could feel he is concentrated on creating family like relationships rather making a transaction! Ethics is a big thing when it comes to his team!

As a first time home buyer this process can be scary and confusing but Justin made it easy and exciting! He was easy to talk to, always made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect with each step in the process. I would highly recommend Justin!

Justin makes the home buying process digestible and much less intimidating for first-time buyers. He is flexible, an effective communicator and such a people-person! He made us feel comfortable asking any questions and offered us great information throughout the home search and showing process, as well as making an offer and the closing process. Justin has a personable nature and he really pays attention to what you want in a home. Our journey with Justin was unique because we not only were first-time homebuyers, but we also were living in different areas of Oregon. I am so grateful to have found Justin when we did. He listened to what we needed and set expectations for every step of the home buying process. I had a lot of questions and he answered every single one with ease and in a timely manner. We came to him after we realized our first agent was not the right fit. I felt a bit jaded with agents thinking they're only here to sell houses and gain the commission. That thought never crossed my mind with Justin. He even advised us against offering on a house he knew we wouldn't be happy in when we were getting tired of trying to buy in this current market. He was respectful of our finances, never pushy, and the house viewings were always so much fun.
