Justin is the best! My wife and I used him 3 and a half years ago to buy our first home in Murrieta... and just a couple months ago we used him again to sell that home and help us find our forever home! Within a week our old house was in escrow for above ask and at better terms than we anticipated. He also helped us on our new construction home when the builder was trying to backpedal on items they agreed to, and quite honestly saved the deal. I wouldnt recommend anybody else as he truly cares for his clients and does a remarkable job in helping you buy or sell.

Justin was great to work with. He's very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He knows the housing areas well and does his research about the current market value. Justin will do his best to sell your house quickly and to get you the best price for it. It was a pleasure to work with Justin. I highly recommend him as your agent.

As a first time home buyer, it's pretty scary going through the process if you don't know what you're doing. Luckily, Justin really alleviated a lot of the stress by explaining every step of the process to us and simplifying it so we could understand. I appreciated that he didn't try and push us into a house, instead he was honest about each house and how each one was either good or bad for us and why. I highly recommend him being your agent. I know we'll use him years down the line when we're ready for a new home!

I had a really bad experience when I sold my home years ago, so when I got ready to list my home this time I met with several realtors before deciding to use Justin as my Realtor. Justin was absolutely amazing. First, there were multiple things he did to make sure I was comfortable with him and all that he could do to make sure I didn't have the same experience again as I did in the past. He did an absolutely wonderful job of pictures and advertising my home and preparing for open house. My house was not shown before the open house. He had so many signs out there directing you to my home there was no way you could miss it! We had a great turn out and 2 offers in 2 days. Justin was great as he directed me through the maze of paperwork that came next. We also had a little more difficulty than I thought I would have find as a replacement home. We wrote up offer after offer. There were more buyers than sellers. When I became discouraged, he encouraged me. Finally, I'm in escrow with my home and found a home to purchase and am in escrow with that one as well. We dealt with problems on each side, on one side we had a realtor that was very unethical and his behavior should have his license pulled, while on the other side we had games being played by either the realtor or the sellers, not quite sure where the issues were coming from. But every step of the way Justin was honest, ethical and professional. He helped me to think through and make appropriate decisions as to what was right for me in spite of what was going on around me. It would have been okay if I had canceled either escrow at any time because it was about me and what was right for me, not about him. This was not true for the experience I had in the past where I asked multiple times to cancel the escrow and it never happened. Escrow finally closed on both homes. Justin has continued to remain involved and has been there as needed. He didn't disappear once escrow closed. He genuinely cares. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends, without hesitation. If I ever need a realtor again, I will use Justin.
