Justin and his team sold my home in Riverside. I had searched online for several weeks before deciding to call Justin. I'm so thankful to have had worked with Justin Tye and his team! I had done upgrades on my investment home and was ready to sell it. A friend referred me to a different agent who would not return my calls and then, when I finally got him to give me his advice, he suggested I list the home at 25 thousand less than it was worth. I left him so quick and found Justin, I think I first saw him on Zillow. He was happy to list my home at the price I suggested and told me he would give it a try. There was some difficulty finding a buyer for the property because it was on a big lot with dirt and rock. But Justin set up the home with a really nice website and a videos. He convinced me to drop the price by just 10 thousand after a month and that did the trick. There was a buyer within days of the price change. Justin possesses a knack for negotiation and marketing, a highly valuable agent for anyone to have on their side.

Let me start by saying that I am all about the numbers. Show me what you can do for me that I can't do myself and I will give you a shot, with any type of service I need. Justin didn't come with a lot of flair, he just showed me what he can do. I recommend talking to Justin if you have been meeting with real estate agents who just brag about their volume. He can show you metrics to his internet presence and his brand's impact on the market. Selling my home wasn't magic and it didn't need to be. I got a fair deal and great service.

I'm glad the transaction closed and it is done with. Justin worked hard to get my home sold and was a pleasure to work with. But I do not want to go through another real estate transaction again. I am happy with the marketing and effort of the team at active realty, but they can't control the whole process or the buyers who just wanted to take advantage. They wanted me to give them closing credit for the most absurd things like a single cracked tile backsplash in the kitchen.

Shout out to Justin and Jennifer! My wife and I had been thinking of selling for 2 years before we decided to go for it. We had a difficult time 10 years ago when we bought the home, I did not want that experience again. Meeting Justin is an experience of both positivity and a feeling of his gravitas that made me believe we could sell my home at its value if we pushed hard. He marketed the heck out of the home including open houses and bringing in tons of people to look at it. we had a few problems with the first people who tried to buy it because they couldn't get funding secured, not sure why, but we eventually had people who could get funding. the only other issue was that we had to pay a contractor to repair a backyard fountain but it was well worth it in the end. Picking him was the right decision for us!
