I can't say enough good about my experience with Justyn as a realtor. He sold 2 separate houses for me over the last 2 months. Both sold in less than 2 days on the market. Both received over asking. This is only part of the story... Justyn has significant background in construction and home repair. This leads to one stop for any and all home concerns along the way. I never had to call anyone for a roof repair, a basement repair, brick repair, or even painting. I relied completely on his expertise and contacts to get the work done at a very reasonable price. The entire process was so convenient I dont know why I would ever use anyone else. The skills he has make every step easy on the seller all at the same cost as a normal agent.
