Juvian Farinacci

Juvian Farinacci was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She studied and practiced Architecture before opening her own art and design company, PiART. Always passionate about traveling and exploring other opportunities, she moved to Grand Junction a few years ago. Colorado had always been one of her favorite states since her childhood travels, needless to say she was not disappointed. With a true love of urbanism and architectural history, she decided to get into the real estate industry. Her gained knowledge on the real estate investment market has led her to work with many investors bringing them significant profits in return. She also loves working with home buyers and sellers, motivated by the desire to help them get the best stress-free experience throughout the process. Among her attributes, she is fully bilingual, Spanish being her first language. This is always a plus in the process of negotiation.
