This Realtor is a fraud and uses deceptive Business practices. She lacks integrity by Breaching of her fiduciary duty. This agent fails to act in the best interests of their client. Her intent is Misrepresentation or false advertising. Here is her scam: She meets with a seller (and even though she doesnt get the Seller listing) she list the property with her as a contact. She is so corrupt she will list the property even if it is already listed by another Realtor. Her intent is to recruit leads off this listing without any intention of selling your property. SELLERS BEWARE!!!! She is only gathering leads from your property.
