Katelynn made me feel comfortable and confident from day one. We were selling our house after less than 2 years ownership, and very little notice. She was able to get our house sold very quickly and without any debt! Very happy we decided to go with her and would recommend to anyone who needed.

Kaitlynn helped us weed through all the houses that had HOAs or were already under contract, neither of which we wanted to deal with and helped us find our dream home. We had everything go wrong that could possibly go wrong in trying to secure our financing once we did. Kaitlynn stuck with us throughout the whole ordeal, staying in constant contact with the seller to ensure they stuck with us as well. In the end, we got our house, and Kaitlynn even met up with the seller for us a couple of days later at the house so they could bring the refrigerator back that they had forgotten was part of the sell. She went above and beyond what we could possibly expect a realtor to do.

She was amazing in every aspect. I really bugged her alot!. She really worked day in and day out seems like with me. And I could not have found a better realtor. I will be back again in a few years when I decide to buy another home. 10/10 would reccomend

Kaitlynn was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and which subdivision was the best fit for us! She was always honest with us and didnt allow us to get pushed around! Kaitlynn is just amazing ! We where a hard family to please, being that we needed a huge 6 bedroom home, and hardly any on the market. She went through heck to get us into our newly purchased home fast and sooner then closing date because we where having a baby any day. She was always there to communicate, Day or night! She knows a lot and is always eager to help in any way! I will always use her for our home buying needs and would most definitely suggest everyone else does!
