Our story was typical of an unforgiving economy the summer of 2013. My husband and I hoped to own a home again but met with so many obstacles that were against us financially that we put everything to prayer.. taking a walk one evening we saw this house with a great workshop out back and a large piece of property so we both became emotional and agreed " this feels like home. There was no for sale sign or posting to suggest this house was even on the market. I remembered Kaley Iaconis had just become an agent with Adams Cameron & Co, and since I have known her all of her life we decided to call for the particulars on this house 6 weeks later we signed and were handed the keys to our home. Many many thanks to you Kaley for being so honest, hard working (on our behalf) and 8 months pregnant! And many thanks to you Adams Cameron for caring to hire the " BEST ".

My experience was positive, negotiation was not great but it was the other party not being cooperative, but maybe try to figure out how to deal with these crazy bank people more.Kaley was great about trying to be flexible to meet us and work with our schedules, and be available.She was also very knowledgable and helpful with knowing every detail involved with buying a bank owned home.
