I very rarely write reviews and I promise I don't really have time to write this one. However, I feel compelled because Kamal was simply the best realtor I have ever done business with. We don't live in the area and had to deal with Kamal from across the country, however, she was easier to reach than any local realtor ever has been. Whenever she called us with a potential problem, Kamal always had a solution to suggest and I can't think of a time it was not right for us. Between my husband and I, we have bought and sold at least ten houses. The house Kamal sold for us was not in excellent shape and it was hard for us to get up there to take care of things, but she was always willing to run over to the house to look or measure or whatever. I cannot think of one thing that she could have done better. I recommend her with the highest regard

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Kamal! Selling our house had some significant challenges and Kamal handled them all with incredible expertise, expediency and humor (which we all needed!). She always knew the right people to contact for any issue that arose and she utilized her fantastic network of contractors to fix problems in the house to get the sale! She worked hard and succeeded at getting exactly the price we wanted. Kamal has my highest recommendation!

Kamal helped us find a property based on our criteria and was with us every step of the way through the home inspection, recommending contractors to give us estimates on work to be done, price negotiations and several visits to the property before we made our final decision. Kamal is simply the best. I met Kamal during my second time buying a home, so while I knew the basics, I was house hunting in a new area that was very different. She was so incredibly helpful in every way - from answering our many questions, showing us all the houses we wanted to see, and adding us to a list that was tailored to what we were looking for so we could see more offerings. She knows the area very well and was able to make recommendations to us as she learned more about our style and wish list. One of the things I found most helpful was her ability to advise us based on her expertise and knowledge while letting us make the final decision, for example on what to offer, what to list as contingencies, etc. We hit a point where for personal reasons, we had to step away from placing an offer and take some time off, and she was great about giving us space and picking right back up when we were ready again. And during the negotiation phase she was a great sounding board, providing insight and comp information to help us get to a number and timeline that we were very happy with, all while making sure that we moved quickly enough to not miss opportunities. Kamal is very responsive and easygoing, just a lovely person who was a joy to work with and really made the whole process so much fun! She also helped to keep us calm through the entire process and knew when to push to make things happen faster toward the end.
