I completed the things she told me to, we listed the house, and had an offer in two weeks! She listened to what I wanted in a house and she sent me tons of listings that were comparable to what I was looking for, and still within my budget. She genuinely cared about what I wanted/needed, and treated me respectfully. If I had a question she couldn't answer, she would answer it within a few hours usually, or if it would take longer she would let me know that she was still working on it.Kandis is a pleasure to work with, and helped me sell my starter home and move up to a home I will probably live in for the rest of my life. I also had the pleasure of working with her husband Terry on occasion if she was unavailable, and he was also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Highly likely to recommend02/17/2017 - KCV323Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $700K in Pewaukee, WI.By the luck of the draw, I called the 800 number listed for Wisconsin realtors. The operator told me to expect a call from a realtor within the next 24 hours. 30 minutes later my phone rang and the sweetest voice was on the other end. Kandis and Terry set up a TON of houses for us to see in 1 day. (We flew in from NJ). What a fun day we had looking for our new home. I was NOT eager to move from my home state. After 3 houses Kandis knew exactly what I would like or dislike before I even realized it. I did not find any home I LOVED that day. So I sent her on a search the following week. She took pictures and FaceTimed me in a home she said was meant for me. My husband flew out and saw it and we bought it. Through the 2 1/2 months it took to search, buy and move she was there through it ALL. She even stopped in the day we moved in. We have developed a friendship and I am forever grateful to that operator who put Kandis and Terry in touch with me. I joked with her and said she was also my therapist. She got me through a sad, exciting and emotional time. Picking up and moving 900 miles from your entire family and group of friends is not easy...but it was so much better knowing what great friends we had waiting here.
