Kane is one awesome Realtor. He went out of his way to ensure we were able to see the homes we wanted to see, despite the distance he had to travel to meet our location preference. He is great at negotiating with other realtors as well as providing professional advice to protect us as buyers. He was totally committed to ensuring we were going to find the home of our dreams. Kane did a great job helping with our house purchase. Kane especially helped in the form of being computer savvy for searches such as extra options that we were pursuing to negotiate into the purchase agreement. Kane was very patient with writing up the purchase agreement and had excellent attention to detail. Kane also helped a great deal in making choices about finishing up the building of our house when it came to trim decisions. Kane has a background in graphic design and that was very handy. Kane also was very good about making sure we were staying on top of whatever deliverables were required to complete the purchase. It was a pleasure to work with Kane. Listens to the client. He filled in when our agent was away. He performed more in the few days we were with him than our agent did in the 5 months we were under contract with him. Without asking, Kane established the daily link to houses that met our requirements. One of the most important attributes of an agent is his responsiveness to the client, Kane immediately returned all communication with us with viable answers. I would use this realtor again and would highly recommend him to any future client.

Kane is AWESOME! As first-time home-buyers, he guided us through every step of the home buying process. When our bank was falling through on our financing, he contacted the bank for us every single day to keep things moving along and make sure we could close before our apartment lease was up.
