As first time homebuyers, Kara was everything we needed and wanted in a realtor. She was prompt and thorough in all of her responses throughout the entire process. She was patient and fully explained each step as we got to it. Kara was also incredibly flexible when it came to showing us houses and meeting in person to put an offer on a house (even meeting us later into the evening and on holidays so we'd have a good chance at getting the home we wanted!) Kara represented me in the purchase of a double. When I first contacted her, she immediately sent and continued to send prospective listings to me by e-mail. When I decided on the property I wanted to buy, she was able to negotiate a purchase price much lower than I had discussed with her. Throughout the process, Kara had referrals for escrow, title, insurance and inspectors, which made things easy for me. The inspection report was acceptable to me, but she used items in it to negotiate a further reduction in the purchase price. She had many recommendations throughout escrow which proved effective and correct. I have given Kara the highest recommendations in local knowledge, etc. because she deserves them. Also, her assistant, Marystasia, was incredibly helpful and efficient as well. I just have to say they made my purchase experience pleasurable, if that is even possible!

Kara was great. I described what I was looking for and she brought me directly to a house that matched my needs. I looked at other places but ended up buying the first house she showed me. As much of the paperwork as possible was handled electronically and we closed early (despite some minor delays from the seller's side). She also helped me find a lower mortgage rate and recommended great people to work with on the inspection, insurance, etc. etc.

Kara and her associate, Mary, did a great job selling my house. Kara was knowledgeable about what I should and shouldn't fix in the house before selling. She prompted the house really well and generated a lot of interest quickly. She had a great photographer that took beautiful photos. When the house went under contract, Kara kept me updated immediately on all developments and facilitated all communication that needed to happen between me, the buyer's agent, and the title company used for closing. She was able to answer any questions I had and did so extremely quickly. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

It was strictly by chance that I clicked her email address among other real estate agents available to inquire about the selected property. That arbitrary click turned out to be my best decision by far. In all my decades of buying and selling properties with many different real estate agents involved; I have never interacted with a more conscientious, precise, diligent, thorough, dutiful, comprehensive agent as Kara. She is very well organized and always attentive to my many requests and questions concerning the property. She made sure we looked at houses that met my wants and needs in safe and desirable neighborhoods. If you are looking to buy a house, Kara is one of the best around. I've worked with other agents on purchases before but never had the same kind of interaction or quality of work. She always answers or returns calls/text within a timely manner. She was always willing to show us properties even if I called the day of to make it happen. My wife and I were very picky about where we wanted to live and our budget. Kara gave us multiple options but not just with showing homes. She put us in touch with contractors building and a great mortgage company. When it was crunch time she was always there willing to help in any manner she could. I'll never recommend anyone but Kara. I'll only purchase or sell with Kara. Also, her assistant Marystasia is great as well.

Kara is hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with. I'm definitely not a major real estate investor but I have bought and sold a few houses. Kara will be the only realtor I will ever work with again!! I had first contacted her from out of state to sell one of my properties that another realtor refused to list at my asking price. She had no problem listing at my price and had a full purchase price offer on the property within three days. When I was ready to make another purchase, I called her and although the property was listed "as is" in bad shape, she still managed to negotiate the price down.
