Kara is the best! Through her local knowledge and expertise, we got many offers over asking on our recent home sale. She guided us through and helped us understand the trade-offs among them. We are so lucky we found Kara! We had very specific requirements and price limitations. To complicate matters, we are located overseas for work and were shopping in the height of the latest real estate frenzy.It was very difficult not to be there in person to see the properties - especially when listings were flying off the market in days and at thousands of dollars over asking price. Kara made time to accommodate our overseas time difference, answered all our questions and really served as our representative in our absence. She advised us about different neighborhoods and pointed out positives and negatives of properties we were interested in based on our specific situation. This was crucial in one instance where we really liked a property that would have not worked for our elderly relative. Without our even asking, Kara went to the home and took photos of the unusual staircase so we could understand the problem. We were shopping at the bottom of the market prices, but were treated like million dollar shoppers! With Kara's advice, we were able to write a successful offer for the perfect property. Even though it was lower than other offers she helped us include incentives important to the seller that worked. We will use Kara for all our future real estate needs in PA and highly recommend her.

I went to High School with beautiful woman years ago. And whenever I run into her we just pick up where we left off. She's just one of those great individuals you can do that with. Although in saying that I usually am very skeptical doing business with friends, as it can be very tricky. I had worked a few other realtors, whom although were very nice but were not good on either guidance, knowledge or communication. It was frustrating. My fiance and I met in graduate school, got engaged and this year finally saved enough to purchase our own home. As we were going to be first time homeowners, we were extremely excited but didnt fully understand what went into choosing your first home. We have family in the area and ideally wanted to relocate to Downingtown; an area we werent fully familiar with. And as an investor, she helped me understand the processes used in PA. Kara also introduced me to people providing related services (contractors, mortgage providers, insurance agents).
