Kara is the most responsive, knowledgable, and compassionate realtor we've ever met. She really listened to our needs (style of home, school district, budget) and worked with us tirelessly to find the right home for our family. She worked day and night (literally) to respond to our emails or texts, and when she wasn't available she always let us know ahead of time so we were not waiting around. These are little things that we've noticed are not inherent to all agents. We never felt pressured to purchase anything and I'm fully confident Kara would have shown us a 100 more houses until we found the right one. The house we did finally find was a private listing, an option other agents we've used never utilized or informed us of. We were able to get ahead of the competition and avoid potential bidding wars. Kara was fantastic as we went through the process of listing and selling our long-time family home. She had excellent knowledge of the market and was very honest in her guidance through the process. She had reasonable recommendations (for decor, updates, pricing, etc) and kept things grounded rather than getting caught up in pricey updates or construction projects. She was also just incredibly nice and helped with small tasks that we were unable to easily take care of since we live 40 min away from the home. We sold in 2 days and closed in less than 2 mos!
