Kara helped us sell a lot in Desert Hot Springs that my elderly father had been trying to sell for several years. She was not only very knowledgeable about the Desert Hot Springs market, but she was very kind, patient and caring in walking my elderly father through the process. Not only did she get it sold, and for a good price, but she got it closed even though the Covid-19 shut down was in full force. She’s amazing! I’d highly recommend her to anyone who just wants a very solid, honest, and down-to-earth agent to be in your corner.
