Kara Ragsdale

When Mike and I decided we wanted to sell our house, we met with Kara R Ragsdale. She did a walk thru in our home and went through everything we needed to do to prep our house to sell, if in fact that was what we wanted to do, which we did. We got this house ready to take pictures, list, sell etc.. it was basically an act of God that Mike and I had it ready in time for pictures considering I was still cleaning like a maniac when the photographer got there. The listing went live and we had an offer and under contract in 6 days!! It took what seemed like forever to find a house that we wanted to buy. We found our home, it's beautiful and it's ours. It's the first home I've personally ever bought. So I'm kinda proud of it. I would recommend Kara Ragsdale again, and again. Kara is honest, fair, kind, in constant communication, generous, (her and her Berkshire team laid sod in our old yard in Kearns because someone killed our lawn and I was freaking out and we were due to close on the Kearns house in just a few days). Mostly, I feel like I made a friend for life. If you're ever in need of a real estate agent, Kara is your person! I couldn't have picked a better person for the biggest purchase of my life! Thank you Kara for everything you did and continue to do for us. You are AMAZING!

If you are looking to purchase your next dream home, Kara is extremely professional, punctual and an amazing person to work with. Moving from CO to UT, I didnt know too much about the different areas in UT or what the right area for my family would be. Kara took me around to about 15-20 different homes until we found the one we fell in love with! She also gave us some lessons on what areas would benefit my family. She gets to know you on a personal level quickly to help identify your needs. She acted fast on the offer portion and in a competitive market she compiled an offer letter that got accepted! My fiance and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience selling my home in the suburbs of 15 years and purchasing our new home together with Kara! Moving is stressful on so many levels but Kara was supportive, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful. We put my house on the market Labor Day weekend and had a full price, cash over after the marathon open house weekend, and thank goodness because we already had our new dream home in the mountains purchased with the contingency that my home would be under contract within 30 days. Talk about STRESS (side note, in full disclosure, I am a chronic worrier, sorry Kara!)!?! But no need to stress as somehow the stars aligned all the way through until closing on the new home, pretty sure that was Kara's doing as she was on top of it through to the end, even encouraging me during a few calls from me in tears about moving. Kara's positive attitude and kindness made our whole experience worth it!
