Karen recently helped me sell my parents home near Casselberry. She worked with me to come up with a list of repairs and touch ups that were cost effective, but added appeal to the home. Karen added her touch through attractive staging and we had several offers within 3 days of listing. We ended up selling the home for $5000 over asking price and closed within a month. On a personal note, my mother passed away during the selling process and Karen went out of her way to deal with situations, including meeting several repairmen, so that my time could be spent with my family.
