Karen was fantastic to work with. We communicated initially via email giving her an idea of what we would be interested in seeing. After forwarding us several listings to view, she was able to get an idea of what we were interested in, and our price point. When we were in Florida in Feb. 12', she had numerous listings for us to view that fit our criteria. Karen made herself available to us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we did not find a home but she continued to search listings for us. In March 12' my husband was in Florida again, and Karen had several homes to show him....she nailed it and found us the perfect home! Great neighborhood, great house, and terrific neighbors. We can't thank Karen enough for her patience, perserverance, and professionalism. She is the best!!!
