We instantly knew that Karen would be the perfect fit for us in finding us our first home. We know that she has been working in this area for about 30 years which made us very comfortable that she would be able to help us find what we were looking for in our budget. Karen truly went above and beyond for us! She went with us to meet with lenders and was there for the contracts and closing documents. She was very available through phone and email. I had a lot of questions because this was our first home purchase and she answered all of them quickly and offered her honest opinion which we valued. We enjoyed every interaction with Karen. This whole process can get very overwhelming but with Karen by our side we felt comfortable and at ease. We trusted Karen with private information and she has proven to be extremely trustworthy. I honestly could not think of one negative thing to say, not even constructive criticism. Karen knows what she is doing and she is VERY good at it.
