      As the seller, my expectation was that my agent would represent me and my best interest. Karen Bordner did that and much more, the entire process of selling my home was a wonderful experience for me. I knew from conversations and comps her exposure to the market was current and I always felt I was working with an experienced real estate agent. Karen immediately began working towards helping me prepare my home and having it show at its best. Details I would not have thought of were discussed and executed. For example, HVAC system cleaning and maintenance, updating fire and carbon emission system, professional staging of the main living areas and videographer led to an outstanding listing and offer process.
