Karen was our realtor to sell our home. She is an excellent realtor and she helped us to sell the house in a short period of time. She met with us on the first day we called her and was always reachable by phone and/or returned calls immediately. We were impressed with her professionalism. She is very conscientious, flexible, and followed through on requests that we had for the showings at our house. She was always there for the house showings and she hosted a number of open houses for us. We were very pleased with the work people we used who she referred us to for tasks around the house who did a good job at a reasonable price. Karen has a very calming presence and helped to make the process go very smoothly. All in all, she is a very nice, responsible good person.
