With Karen in your corner, you are in very capable hands. But with both Karen and Patrick on your team - There are no unsolvable problems. Patrick's unsurpassed patience (We must have seen every home in the area within our price range --- we offered on 3 different properties before making a deal) and never as much as an impatient sigh from him. We received only encouragement. Couple that with Karen's knowledge and wonderful sense of humor --it was a most pleasant experience - from acceptance of our offer - thru closing of escrow.
