Karen is a fantastic Realtor. She is very friendly and took the time to get to know us and our wants/needs for a home. Home buying can be a stressful process, but she made it much easier by guiding us and taking the time to explain the process to us. Karen found us the perfect home and its because she really paid attention to what we wanted. Karen went above and beyond or us and we highly recommend her!

Karen went above and beyond with helping us to feel confident in selecting and buying our first home. We knew none of the processes and procedures and she was on our side from day one. She made the process easy and dare I say fun! She helped us navigate all the different parts of the offer, down payment, mortgage lenders, insurance, etc. I didn't have to find anyone on my own and I knew she was giving us recommendations people and companies she trusted.

I was dealing with a difficult situation and it was important to me to have someone who was patient, helpful and understanding of the situation. Karen was amazing! She was responsive, trustworthy, patient and understanding and very resourceful. We had a lot of contents in the house that had to be emptied out and she was a great help in getting that done. She also helped with contractors and other resources that I needed to tap into in order to get the house ready for sale. Karen did a great job finding prospective buyers that were truly interested in my home and valued the benefits of the home even though it was an older home that needed some work. Karen sold the house very quickly and for a great price. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

I know during this day and age Karen's get a bad wrap. However, not our Karen! Karen was so honest with me from day one. She connected me with all the folks that carry her work ethic which made my experience 100 times more enjoyable. Karen answered every question, every text and phone call. Karen treated me as if I were family. Karen really cared that our first experience getting a home was enjoyable. I expressed to Karen that I was reviewing a vision board and entry I made about 2 years ago. One of those entries expressed my desire to own a home by the time I was (bleep) years old.
