Last year, while leisurely strolling in our old neighborhood, we encountered an open house and randomly decided to go in. Thats when we first met Karen and Steve - friendly and really welcoming. We were very outspoken about the fact that we were just looking and had not contemplated investing in a house yet. Their niceness, warmth and genial demeanor really made an impression on us, so much so that months later, we decided to call them when we felt ready to passively look. We must have looked at tens of houses; they were patient, always helpful and most importantly extremely frank. We loved that. When we finally found our home, they were the ones who helped us navigate the complexities that involve buying a home for the first time. We are so glad that the impromptu visit to an open house led us to meet this truly remarkable couple.
