Karen is a wonderful agent. She is always prepared with the information we need, or she gets it promptly, so that we can make an informed decision. She is always on time for appointments. Her insights about how we (who are, well, older and retired) might function in each house are spot on, and very useful. She is very familiar with the Athens, GA, area, especially the east side. Shared contacts for inspections, contractors, etc. she would follow up with our bank to ensure they had what they needed and were able to close in the time frame we were looking for. Karen is a fellow veteran, so was familiar with working with the VA and their process. She was very easy to talk to, joke with and made the whole process much easier and less stressful.
