Enough can't be said about the experience Karen provided for me. I have called upon Karen both to buy and sell my house. She gave me all the resources I needed to make informed decisions without any pressure, while at the same time stepping in if I needed expert advice. Karen helped us both buy our house and then sell our house when we decided to move back to our home state. With both processes she made sure to keep us in the loop for due dates and updates. When we bought our house the process took forever due to the buyer having a court date. She kept us positive as I was pregnant and unsure if we would have a house before our son was born (ended up being born 10 days after closing). When we decided we were going to move, she gave us tips one things to do to our house before we put it on the market so it was ready for selling day. When we put an offer on our new house with a contingency she helped us get an offer as quickly as possible and stayed in touch with the realtor in our home state. She gave us all feedback from showings so we could continue to make small improvements while on the market. We ended up dropping the price because the market was in the slower season, but once we did that we were able to get an offer that was almost at our original asking price. I was able to move before closing and she helped me get contacts and estimates for things that needed to be done on the inspection. If we were staying in Washington we would have kept Karen as our realtor for life!

Karen helped us navigate through a difficult process in selling property that had a house that had to be demolished prior to closing. She handled everything very professionally and made sure that the best interest of both the buyer and seller were met.
