Karen Knox

Very attentive, reliable and encouraging. Works hard to find exactly what you're looking for. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The best Realtor in the area I've come across thus far.

We are totally impressed with Karen's immediate availability to deal with every closing detail. We will proudly refer Karen to our friends and family knowing they will have all details attended to with integrity.

Karen gave me a very good market analysis I was looking to buy in. She was also very competent and thorough in handling my closing seeing as I couldn't attend. I highly recommend Karen Knox.

I experienced Karen to be a very competent Realtor. She listened to what I wanted and never deviated from my desired location, property type or size. She brings a calmness to the experience and is very encouraging when times are difficult during the process. Always punctual. She also has wonderful and honest connections to work with throughout the process. Karen is highly recommended.

Karen was willing to listen to our needs relating to finding a condo in South Florida for retirement. She found many listings for us to review on-line that were close to meeting our needs. Over a period exceeding two years she was always willing to help and was diligent in making appointments when we would find units that we wanted to see in person. Through Karen's help we were able to find exactly what we were looking for and are tickled with our new home which we purchased under a year ago now.
