Karen is highly knowledgeable about the property market in the various areas of Skokie and Evanston (pricing, availability, locational amenities and disamenities, etc.). She shared her knowledge with us, but at the right time and most often in response to our questions or observations. She did a good job selecting and recommending properties for us to view, and at the same time she did not dissuade us from examining properties that we had chosen from the web. She understands that examining houses is a learning process for potential buyers, and she responded in useful ways as we thought through our needs and preferences. She was more interested in helping us find a house that met our needs than in finding one that met the needs of others (sellers, realtors, etc.). In the inspection and closing processes, the inspector and attorney that she recommended to us were highly competent and well suited for us. Throughout the process, Karen was extremely quick to respond to emails and telephone calls. She was also very pleasant company.

5 Star from start to finish!! Karen is fun, knowledgeable and professional when it comes to her clients! Whether buying or selling (I did both) she was available when I needed answers, support and ideas. Im sure youll be happy with her too! This process is difficult and karen walked me thru the financial and emotional aspect of moving on!

Karen has sold 2 buildings for us and helped us find our downtown condo.She sold our 4-flat in one day - no hype or pressure. She sold our 9 flat that took a bit longer. She was considerate of our tenants, our feelings and our property. She is honest and not a pressure salesperson. She worked very hard on this particular property as it took a lot of work which she did not shrink from. She helped us find out "dream" condo downtown. She always was willing to show us anything we wanted to see at any time. She know our wants and needs and did not tease us with something that was beyond our desires. We love her!
