I worked with Karen recently for the purchase of our new home in Westlake Village. The house I wanted was for sale but the seller withdrew her house from the market. Karen worked constantly and patiently until the seller agreed on my offer. The transaction had its bumps on the road like any escrow but again Karen worked her magic and made the process pain free. We were referred to Karen by a friend after he learned we were interested in moving to the Conejo Valley. Karen, a good listener, figured out what we were looking for and showed us several homes that met our criteria. In 2016 we moved from the Netherlands to California to work here for our new California office. As we have three dogs, it was no easy task to find suitable housing where dogs are allowed.
