I was working with an agent who wouldnt take me to houses I wanted to see because he didnt want to drive all over town. Not Karen! She showed me every home I wanted to see, wherever it was located. Once I found the right home we put in an offer and it was accepted! She even came to my work when she needed signatures on the contract so I didnt have to miss any work!

My husband received a job transfer he couldnt resist so we packed up our travel trailer and moved from farm country to Las Vegas. We didnt know Vegas at all, we just knew where my husband was working and he didnt mind a commute to work as long as he had easy access to the freeway. Karen gave us a list of all the available properties in all of Las Vegas that fit our needs in our price range. We made a complete loop of the valley and saw 19 homes in one day. We were debating on 2 of the 19 homes, so Karen drove us around the area of the two homes and showed us the nearby parks, community centers and shopping centers. What really impressed us was when she told us about the local farms here and where the farmers markets are held each week. It helped make our decision on which house to buy and made Vegas feel more like home.

I would like to thank Karen for making the experience of buying my home the best ever. She is very thorough and experienced in every aspect of buying a home. She is professional and very understanding to the buyers wants and needs. Her knowledge and expertise are amazing. She will go above and beyond to get you into your home. She will keep everyone (Title Company, bank, inspectors, appraisers etc.) involved and on their toes to make sure you get into your home without a lot of struggling. Karen has experience in lending and helped explain what I couldnt understand from the lender. She also has knowledge of the government down payment assistance programs, such as the WISH Program, which I used. Karen made my family and I very happy and I recommend Karen to anyone who wants an experienced, friendly, ambitious, and knowledgeable Realtor.
