Karen did an outstanding job with the handling of my new purchase. Where I ran into problems with my new condo was there's an outstanding HOA issue on a water drain and they are asking for over $6k from each homeowner which should of been disclosed upfront before the close of escrow. Second issue is the Home Inspection & Termite Guy recommended by Karen both missed the termite infested wooden windows causing me to replace all the doors and windows at a cost to me of $18,000
