Karen Nelson

Real Estate has long been a passion of mine, even before I started selling as a licensed agent in 2000. For me, the satisfaction of being a realtor comes from the relationships I have built with my customers. I truly love the process of finding the perfect home that fits all the needs of my clients. From touring properties to negotiating offers, I will be there every step of the way. Whether you have experience buying and selling previously, or are just starting out as a first time home buyer.I have Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR) certifications along with GRI Graduate of Real Estate Institute. I would love the opportunity to help you reach your goals in this ever changing market. Whatever they may be! Let's get started!
