Karen was an exceptional realtor. She first showed us homes she felt would fit our requirements, until we zeroed in on one. She volunteered helpful information including that we request from the seller a radon test (which turned out was needed!). She offered local insight, provided us with links for information that would be beneficial and always there to answer ANY questions! Her upbeat demeanor and knowledge made her a valuable asset to us in our real estate purchase. We did work other realtors, but Karen stood heads above them! I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!!!!

Karen took us to see at least 30 houses, possibly more, and each day we went out she had a plan consisting of 5-8 houses we would see that day. As time went on and we saw more houses, Karen clearly understood what we were looking for and began tailoring the suggested showings to our preferences which ultimately led to us buying a house after our first offer fell through on the inspection.Karen was very helpful inside the house letting us know things that may have to be addressed, how much time/work/money we might have to invest in a house to meet our preferences, comparable listings/sales in the area, a suggested opening offer, and general pros and cons of the houses we were seeing. Karen was also a great person to spend all that time with as she is very knowledgeable, nice, personable, funny, etc. I did not feel pressured to buy a house I did not want to buy.Karen was also very helpful with the offer, negotiations and closing processes. Karen would always get us documents we needed in a timely fashion including at night, and on Superbowl Sunday, to make sure our offer was in as soon as possible.Karen is a great realtor and I would suggest her to anyone.

We first met Karen at an open house she was holding last year. We felt comfortable with her and subsequently looked at some other homes with her. Although that didn't work out we called her again two months ago and this time it did.
