Not only is she a sparkling amazing woman she is a very honest and dedicated realtor. When we were looking in the area she tirelessly took us out on weekends, payed attention and made time for my list if additional properties I always brought along! When we found our sweet house in Astoria she was with us every step from inspection to closing.She continues to be a good resource for services in the area as we work on the house. "You are in the right place!! I am thankful every day that I decided to have Julia Radditz sell my father's home. Julia was invaluable to me. I live in Portland and my father lived in Warrenton, OR. He passed away in December 2017 and our family decided to sell the house. In April 2018 I began searching for someone to help me, as Ive never bought or sold a house before. I found Julia through internet reviews and it was an excellent choice. Julia is super responsive and completely on top of all the little details that go into purchasing a home, but at the same time she was not pushy in any way and I never felt pressured. The market was a bit limited, but Julia went the extra mile to help get me into the perfect beach cottage in the exact location I wanted, with pretty much everything I was looking for in a house. She is very professional and savvy while also being really easy to work with.
