If you're looking to rent with Karen Rothstein or ”Boca Realty Experts”, then stop immediately and search for another company / broker to assist you. Karen knew that I'm moving to Florida out of state and she and ”Boca Expert Realty” took a complete advantage of it! I decided to pay $3K a month for a house that's only worth $1.8K because it's supposedly newly remodeled, spotless clean, and furnished. When I moved in I found out that the foundation isn't sealed and worms and lizards are everywhere in the house, the landlord’s clothes, and personal items took all the space in every single cabinet/drawer, the place is filthy and wasn't cleaned for months, the garage can't fit a car, and they totally took advantage of me trusting them while living at a different state. I asked to cancel the same day, and they're not willing to give the money they collected back to me. They're a scam, especially Karen. STAY AWAY! Out of $9000 they're willing to give back $3000. I've been here now for less than 24 hours and they hold my money hostage. Do yourself a favor and find your rental elsewhere.
