  • Karen showed me homes

My overall experience with Karen was good. However, the day I closed on the house the furnace quit working. There was a home warranty, but I feel there should have been more of a interaction with Karen on this. Also there was an area in the basement that had been dug up and replaced with concrete due to a water problem. Karen had asked the other agent about this and took her word that there wasn't a problem with this and didn't put anything in the contract regarding this. 8 months later there was a water problem.
