My husband and I have just purchased our 10th home with the EXTRAORDINARY help from our Realtor, KAREN BLAKE. As anyone who has bought a home can attest, buying a home can be a very emotional experience. And that emotion may emanate from a buyer, a seller, or even the real estate agent representing the buyer or seller. A great agent is able to handle each of these situations. Unfortunately not all agents are created equal. My husband and I have experienced both the pleasure and pain of working with real estate agents. Karen Blake is now at the top of our best of the best list as she is exceptional! Karens follow-up is IMPECCABLE. Karens ability to calm those around her in difficult and tense situations is remarkable. It is an art and a gift that she possesses. You just cant teach this skill. Our buying experience was made more difficult as were based in Houston while looking for our Florida dream home. My husband and I are demanding buyers and as such we expect a high degree of professionalism from our Realtor. My mom was a fabulous Realtor for 35 years and I saw how this profession should be carried out. Karen exceeded our expectations as she listened and understood our very specific requirements. She truly went above and beyond! Karen is crazy proactive and totally thinks outside the box in finding potential homes for her buyers. Karen does not waste your time as she previews every home and not all agents do this. At one point we started calling her a detective because thats how good she was at finding homes that were not even listed. We completely put our trust in Karen as she EARNED IT (not an easy task with demanding buyers such as ourselves). Karen demonstrated 100% that she knew exactly what we were looking for in our dream home and because of that we were able to mitigate our costs of flying from Houston to Florida numerous times as wed only schedule a trip to preview homes if Karen gave the thumbs up it met our needs. Happy to report we closed on our dream home last month and without Karens immersion in our search, we would have missed the opportunity. Karen is now part of our family and without question she made this process extraordinary as she is honest, organized, and an effective negotiator. In summary, if youre considering hiring a Realtor, you would be negligent (my husband says stupid) not to consider Karen Blake! P.S. although we hope never to sell our dream home, we have NO doubt that Karen will be just as wonderful representing us in the selling transaction and we would never consider using anyone else. Id have to say that Karen was a very knowledgeable and helpful agent she helped me through the process and explained everything in detail I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs assistance in selling or buying a home she was totally awesome

My father just purchased his home from Karen. She went above and beyond what I EVER dreamed a realtor would do for a client buying a home to help with a 2000 mile relocation to FL! Karen is absolutely exceptional! She is professional yet down to earth, super timely in following up with you, and so patient in working with her clients (someone who is a newbie to buying a home site unseen!). Karen did an awesome job for us! We looked at many houses over several days to purchase and then she asked if we had considered building a new home since all the homes on the market just didnt suit our needs. She took us to DM Dean Homes and we fell in love and decided to build. She helped us with finding building lots. Karen also found us our current rental home for us to live in until our home is built. Thanks for all you have done for us!
