- Karen listed and sold my home
She has no clue what she is doing. She lost us over $13,000 in a mutual sale and buy. She illegally did not disclose there was a contractor fee that would be due. She was the selling agent and representative for us. We have tried to get a hold of her and her broker but with no response. I can not believe even after we contacted an attorney and sent a letter to get this rectified she nor her broker have even acknowledged anything.
