Karen Hocutt

My husband and I have just recently bought our New Home thanks to Karen Hocutt. She has been working with us for a while and she has been so patient and understanding of our needs. Anytime we would call her and let her know we were interested in looking at a home she ALWAYS worked with our schedule which was great. Now we have to sell the home we are in now and look forward to having her list it for us. I would definitely recommend Karen to all my friends and family. Karen is a great person to work with and is willing to go the extra mile to help you. We were relocating from Canada and had no chance to view the properties personally. She went out to record and send us videos showing the properties also gave a local opinion on how the neighborhoods were in that region. I would highly recommend her and will use her in the future for any other Real estate dealings.

What can I say, Karen is the best! She is so deiciated to helping you with your every need! I told her how important it was for me to sell my house. She also knew my previous horrific experience I had before with selling my home. She did what ever it took to keep this experience from being another bad one.
