Karen is a great person to work with and is willing to go the extra mile to help you. We were relocating from Canada and had no chance to view the properties personally. She went out to record and send us videos showing the properties also gave a local opinion on how the neighborhoods were in that region. I would highly recommend her and will use her in the future for any other Real estate dealings.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Karen Hocutt while I was assisting my daughter in finding a home. From day one, Karen was responsive.
