After putting our house on the market for six months and getting no where, we then hired Karen and gave her a two month deadline to sell our house which she met. Anyone who is searching for a realtor in the Ocean and Monmouth County area, look no further because Karen is the best! I had a home that was unexpectedly passed down to me. I was so inexperienced when it came to all aspects of property management and was super nervous enlisting help of a realtor. My situation was far from normal and almost every obstacle imaginable was thrown at me. From the very beginning, Karen worked hard to help me through the entire process. She was not scared of my messy situation; she enjoyed the challenge and there was no doubt in my mind that she would help me through it all. She was available to meet and talk whenever I needed her, she gave me honest advice, and she went above and beyond to help me contact people and understand what everything meant. She would contact me every few days or so to check in and give me updates so I never felt in the dark with what was going on. Her and I worked as a team. She never made decisions without consulting me and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and not just about the paycheck. This was my first experience with a realtor and she really impressed me with her hard work, genuineness, and initiative. I never write reviews, but she is all around awesome that I want others to know about her as well! I wish I lived in the area for her to help me find my own home. You won't regret having Karen by your side whether it be for buying or selling property.

Karen is an amazing Realtor and I would highly recommend her. Before we had the privilege of meeting Karen, we were very unsure about many of the realtors we had met. After a few days looking at houses with her, we knew she would be the one to find us the right home. I was trying to sell my house "for sale by owner" after having negative experiences with realtors. After I purchased another home out of state I needed to sell my home as quickly as possible. I needed more exposure and decided I would need to list on MLS. I took the time to read reviews and was impressed on all the positive feedback Karen received. Other realtors I listed with in the past would promise to market your home then there would be very little communication or effort they just put it on MLS and hoped another realtor would sell it for them. Karen has been there every step of the way! Great communication always available when I needed her. She did extensive advertising beyond what most realtors would attempt to do. Karen is a wonderful, caring person that genuinely has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend her she is the Best Agent out there!
