Karen responded promptly to my Property inquiry on Zillow. I had limited time to see this condo and Karen worked around her busy schedule to accommodate my timing. At the appointment she was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. The condo was exactly what I was looking for but I had to leave the state for a few months. I had to leave all the negotiations, inspection meetings, follow up work and closing for Karen to oversee. Karen went beyond her job description and made sure that everything was handled without me being present. The negotiations went smoothly and once the seller agreed to our offer Karen was right on top of meetings with inspectors and then following up with repairs to make sure the condo was in tip top shape before the closing. Karen also efficiently handled the closing documents with the lawyer without my presence. I have never had a better experience working with a realtor. I would highly recommend Karen without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell property

Professional but fun, strategic and creative, detail-oriented, helpful (going out of her way many times), resourceful, and ever mindful that buying a home is an emotional roller coaster.
