This was the most HORRIBLE experience I've ever had. First Karen was 30 minutes late for our appointment which i had to repeatedly call and text her to find out where she was. Then 3 days passes and i had to call her to find out what was going on. She states the owner is worried about the kids because the house is on park st. And my medical bills on my credit report. I told her that she knew i had children before i even looked at the house i have PERFECT RENTAL HISTORY. Then im told other people have put an application in as well and he is trying to decide. So 1 day later i recieve a text message saying the owner approved us so did we still want the house. Of course i said yes and then proceeded to tell my family, my children (who were so excited to finally have there own rooms) and people i work with. I also let her know because she didn't get back to me by the 5th I went ahead and paid my rent up for the month because I didn't want the $35 late fee she never got back to me and now this morning I got a text message saying that the owner decided to go with somebody else thank you for your interest though. WHAT kind of crap is that how do you do that to somebody and not feel bad. I will never deal with another realtor again in my life this whole situation totally rubbed me the wrong way. Me and my fiance both have excellent paying jobs excellent rental history no evictions and we were treated this way by this woman I had to constantly call her to find out what was going on and when I did she would just returned my phone call with a text message so she didn't have to speak to me but they sure did run my credit card fast enough for that $100 credit check I'll definitely be taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
