When we decided to move from our home after 18 years of living there to New York state we chose Karen Kikalo to be our realtor. During those few months before our home went up for sale Karen helped us decide what to do regarding the house, and what to spend money on to show case our home in the best possible light. She answered all of our questions, was available to us at all times with any concerns we had and even helped us by advertising our garage sale online. Our house had it's first open house weekend and by Tuesday we had 5 offers. When the potential buyers submitted their best and final offers our home sold over asking price. Everything that Karen had encouraged us to do helped to sell our house quickly and over asking. Thru the escrow process we relied on Karen even more. She would let us know "that Documents are being emailed to you for you to sign" each time we were sent documents.. We were not in California so everything was done by email or overnight mail.Karen was always friendly, but professional, and having her as our realtor made the entire process of selling a home smoother for us.
