Do not pass up Kari Edge if you are buying or selling. She has both sold and purchased a home for me and I could not be happier. She’s an expert when it comes to the CO market. Kari works hard and spent all the time I needed, answering questions and supporting getting my home ready for the market. Kari is a top notch professional that genuinely cared for my initiatives and that is rare. I’ll use her again, no question.

2019 Kari listed a home for my ex husband and myself. The court order stated she was to communicate with both of us equally. Kari sent me a vague email that we had an offer on our home that was significantly lower than the asking price. I asked to see the offer/contract and she refused to show it to me until my attorney got involved. The reason for this is that it was from my soon to be exes girlfriend. They wanted to buy the home. I then had to spend thousands on an arbitrator that ruled in my favor. The issue wasn't that they wanted to buy it but that the offer was much less than asking and Kari was not forthcoming with any of it. My ex was ordered to relist the home and soon after we received another offer. During our trial I learned that he had cancelled tons of showings. I was never alerted to this. Due to Kari's testimony in trial I was awarded the majority of the home sale. Despite my winning in court I had to spend a ton of money on arbitrators for something that was just basic communication and client courtesy. I never received even an apology for this mess she created.
