Kari Soto

I can not say enough good things about Kari Soto. She was our realtor through our first and our second washington home and she was incredible throughout the entire process both times. She also sold our home within weeks of listing it. I feel like this review is inadequate because we had some very stressful situations and were moving to the state from 1000 miles away and the market was insane. She made time for me and I dragged her all up and down from Camano Island to Carrington to the Canadian border looking at OVER 50 homes, easily. If you want someone reliable and honest who knows the area and the process, use Kari. You will not regret it.

Kari is AMAZING! She listened to our needs and wants and searched tirelessly for us, always with an update and can do attitude (and we made her go through a lot of houses). She is honest and sincere and great at negotiating. We will always use her and recommend her 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. She has an eye for detail and will help you every step of the process.

She is the best She was very professional a complete pro. we loved her and we're very satisfied. The house sold after weeks we sold it at full price. She was always available when we had questions and helped us the whole time. We would definitely use her again . We lived in the house for 33 years so down sizing was a very big job and emotional she was so kind and helped the whole way, so very kind and supportive. We appreciated all of her knowledge of the process every step of the way.
