Kari was outstanding in helping us locate a home in Baltimore. This was the first home buy for my daughter, and she spent time reviewing the process and the settlement sheet before we even decided on a house. She really knew the city and developed a list of houses to see based on our needs. We asked lots of questions and she never minded answering anything. Even after the close she followed up with repair people to make sure we had all the paperwork. When we are ready to sell we will use her again.

Put simply, Kari is the best in the biz. She's not a robot agent. She has personality and speaks honestly. And she most definitely knows her market. Very much looking forward to our next purchase together.
