Listen, there are many realtors out there. It does not take much to put a sign up front and hope people come see it. There are those guys and then there is Karie. This wonderful lady went above and beyond. She helped us in every stage of a "not so easy" transaction. There were many bump (not on our part) that needed attention. She was there all hours of the day and MOST hours of the night. If you want a realtor...you can find those anywhere. If you want a REALTOR then you want Karie on you side. She went above and beyond in areas that I did not expect her to. She was honest, communicated very well and understood all aspects of the transaction. No wonder why she is a top performer...#1 in my book.

Hands-down the best realtor in the Puget Sound. Karie guided us in finding the absolute best home for us. My husband and I live in California and were looking for a second home near our kids and grandchildren in Northwest Washington.
