Karina really helped me in purchasing the condo in Cap Hill. It was her fast response, and her negotiation skills that got me the condo in the first place. Not only that, but 3 weeks later, I was scheduled to leave the country on a trip to India, where I had no access to internet (or very little), and which also made communication very difficult with the resulting time change. Karina put me in contact with a wonderful lender, and it was her organizational skills that allowed us to get all the documentation in order within 3 weeks. I left for India with everything in order, was not bothered while I was enjoying my vacation, and the day after I came back into town, we closed the deal. Im not really sure I could have done that had Karina not been my agent. In fact, Im pretty sure I would have had to cancel my plans had I not chosen her to represent me. Thank you so much, Karina!
